Shannon brings over 15 years of real-world business experience to the table — including owning multiple brick-and-mortar businesses, leading teams, and managing marketing from the inside out. She's known for her no-fluff, high-impact approach to getting things done and her deep understanding of what small businesses need to grow. Shannon lights up when helping others get clear, get focused, and get traction with their goals — especially fellow women entrepreneurs and family-run ventures.

Fun fact: Shannon is also a published author and a firm believer in late-night brainstorming and early-morning coffee.

Sean has spent over two decades mastering logistics, operations, and workflow optimization — all with a heart for service and an eye for efficiency.
